As an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer with over two years of professional experience, I bring expertise in hormonal health, strength training, and Zone 2 cardio programming, combined with a Precision Nutrition certification to support you both in and out of the gym. My background as a former Equinox personal trainer and Bunda group fitness instructor has allowed me to work with a wide variety of clients, but my true passion is training women who are ready to build a sustainable, balanced lifestyle. With over five years of my own strength training experience and the discipline of running half marathons, I understand what it takes to push through obstacles, regain control of your health, and create real, lasting change. My goal is to help every client rediscover their inner and outer strength, building not just physical results but a renewed sense of confidence and empowerment.
